Create Personalization currently ships exclusively within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Each product requires 2–3 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a misspelling, image error, or is damaged. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please note that the return process may take 15–20 business days, as we carefully verify claims related to damage or printing errors to ensure quality assurance and proper resolution.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes, exchanges are only available for non-customized items. Customized products are made to order and cannot be exchanged.
